Munich, Germany - July, 25 2010: Each year there is a soapbox race down the Gebsattelberg (small hill within Munich). Locals are competing for the funniest and fastest vehicles. These two guys are depicting Aloisius, the main character of a famous satirical Munich short story, and an angel with a harp. The story was written by the famous Bavarian writer Ludwig Thoma in 1911. Aloisius an unhurried commissionaire ("Dienstmann") dies of a stroke after completing an order in an unusual haste. He is taken to heaven and soon annoys everone there with his rash manners so that they send him back to earth to bring enlightenment to the regional politicians. Since he gets lost in his most favourite beer tavern during this mission they are waiting for enlightenment ever since...
