Edinburgh, Scotland - August 5, 2010: A tombstone for Bobby in Greyfriars Kirkyard. Greyfriars Bobby was a Skye Terrier whose story became famous in Edinburgh after he reportedly spent 14 years guarding the grave of his owner, John Gray, until he died himself on January 14th, 1872. This stone was erected in 1981 and visitors frequently leave sticks, dog toys, flowers, and other gifts.
