Hearing her laugh the men said aIs anything too hard for the Lordai When Abraham was 100 years old, Sarah gave birth to a son, the child God had promised, named Isaac. Years later, the Lord told Abraham to take Isaac to a mountain and to offer him as a sacrifice to God. Abraham obeyed. As he was about to sacrifice Isaac, an angel of the Lord stopped him. God provided a ram and spared Isaac. Abrahamaas faith had passed Godaas test. Sarah died at age 127.
