No. Images downloaded as part of your subscription or image pack are free of watermarks.

When you buy a subscription or image pack, you are not permitted to share your username or password with anyone – it is for your personal use only. However, if you are the owner/buyer of the subscription, you can share it by buying additional seat licenses. To do so, contact a Thinkstock account executive. Please note that image packs do not offer seat options.

Yes, you can purchase an image pack, or multiple image packs in addition to your current active subscription plan.

Image packs allow you to download all available file sizes. There are no extra fees to download large files. The available download sizes for each image are shown on the close-up page (the page you see when you click the thumbnail of any image).

Image packs expire 1 year from the date of purchase. All downloads must be taken before expiration.

Yes. Image pack downloads may be used in projects indefinitely according to the terms of the Image Pack License Agreement.

No. You may download up to the maximum of your image pack in one day. Example: If you purchase a 100 download image pack, you may download all 100 images in one day. Or you can choose to download images over multiple days (up to 1 year from date of purchase), until you have downloaded all 100 images.

No. You can only have one subscription with the same username on Thinkstock at a time.

Yes, you can purchase as many image packs as you require under the same username.

If you bought a subscription, you may receive a full refund within seven (7) days of your invoice date*, provided you have not downloaded more than five (5) images and you have not made any use of downloaded images. (* If you subscribed to a one (1) year subscription or two (2) year subscription with monthly, quarterly, or annual billings, you may cancel your subscription within seven (7) days from receiving the first invoice for your chosen subscription plan, provided that you have not downloaded more than five (5) images and you have not made use of downloaded images.) After seven (7) days or downloading more than five (5) Images, no cancellations will be accepted, no refunds made and you will be responsible for and must pay the full amount. Yes. The pricing is determined by how much time is remaining on your current subscription – and our online price calculator will prorate your new subscription automatically. For further information about renewals and upgrades, contact a Thinkstock account executive.

Yes. You can change the duration of your subscription when you renew the same type of subscription. For example, if you have an existing one-year subscription and you want to renew it for one month, your new subscription will start when your existing subscription expires.

No. Image packs expire after 1 year and cannot be extended.

A multi-seat license is a license based on the number of users from the same organization who are granted the right to use a Thinkstock subscription. Our subscription allows a single user to download, edit and save images. The person who buys a subscription is the owner and administrator of it. If the owner wants to share the subscription with other users within his/her organization, then he or she can buy additional seat licenses for others within the same organization at a price lower than the full subscription price. Only the subscription owner can add more seats or change seat assignments.

If you are the owner of a subscription, you can buy additional seat licenses at any time during your subscription.

When you are assigned a seat license, the subscription owner/buyer has given you the right to use a subscription and to download, edit and save images. You have your own username, password, contact/shipping information and download count and history.

Only the owner of a subscription can assign or unassign seats. To do so, contact a Thinkstock account executive.

Yes. You do not have to assign seats immediately. You can buy an unassigned seat for your subscription and then assign it to a user within your organization at a later date.

No. The seats assigned to your subscription must have the same subscription options, the same expiration date and the same download limit as the primary account owner of the subscription. However, each seat will have its own download count and download history.

No. Download counts and download histories are not shared. Download caps and information are specific to the user assigned a seat. Each user assigned a seat is allowed 25 downloads per day and maintains his or her own download status.

No. Your Thinkstock subscription or image pack is available for use on the Thinkstock website only. Many of the images you see on Thinkstock have been selected from collections available on our partner sites. However, not all images on our partner sites are available to download on Thinkstock. If you find an image on one of our partner sites, you can always search Thinkstock to see if it’s available to download. If it isn’t, you’ll need to download the image on the partner site you found it on.
